These terms set out the rules for using our fresh fruit delivery website and placing orders with us. By ordering you accept them.
You may use our site to order fresh fruit and healthy snacks for delivery, and agree not to misuse or disrupt it.
All prices for our berries, grapes, watermelon and fresh fruit selections are shown clearly before checkout. If an error ever occurs we will let you know before processing your delivery order.
Payment is taken securely at checkout. Your fresh fruit delivery order is confirmed once payment is received.
We take great care with every fresh fruit and healthy snack we prepare for delivery; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
